Lucia Lukanova

Lucia lives in Berlin and is the creator of the mobile app The Flow which helps women and men understand the benefits of the female cycle, the wellbeing of women, their varying needs, their work performance, creativity or communication with the external world. Before creating The Flow Lucia managed large scale system transformation projects worldwide.

Based on her firsthand business experience managing large projects and diverse teams worldwide as well as extensive research of the behavioral aspects of hormones Lucia developed and facilitated managerial workshops and coached business women and men about gender differences in leadership skills, communication and work performance. Leveraging our unique talents and immense transformative energy Lucia moved beyond gender equality to gender balance helping women and men live their best self in intimate relationships or at work, and organisations creating high performing mixed gender teams. Lucia studied strategic management and management of information systems at the Comenius University in Bratislava and international relations at the Free University in Berlin.
